The reproduction of a famous 18th-century painting by Giamattista Tiepolo was ordered to be altered in order to cover an exposed breast on full display in the press room of the Italian prime minister's palace, often caught of camera.
Red bloodied
Is is really politic? What the hell is going on? Aren't the Italian's supposed to be red-blooded animals? Isn't sex an integral part of their lives. I'd always understood sex and politics to be closely associated in that part of the world - can't be separated and all that.
Wow! I thought at least the Italian's would have been more open minded? So from now on do we treat all art like common porn?

Michelangelo's David, sculpted from 1501 to 1504, is a masterpiece of Renaissance sculpture and one of Michelangelo's two greatest works of sculpture, along with the Pietà. It is the statue of the young Israelite king David alone that almost certainly is one of the most recognizable stone sculptures in the history of art.
