Malunggay Green Smoothie (Moringa)

 

This is a very simple recipe for a green smoothie using malunggay (moringa) as the main ingredient.

 

1 cup raw malunggay leaves

1 cup water

1 large strawberry 

1 banana

 

Using a blender with pulse control, blend until pureed consistency is achieved. Enjoy.

Note: prepare your green smoothie in the morning and consume it within the day as snack replacement, preferably taken 40-60 minutes before or after meals.
