Recipe : Cooked beetroot and orange salads
I love salads and I like to add Massalé (massala in english?) with fruits, vegetables, soups and everywhere I can ! I can change from curry or other spices. I sometimes eat Salads at breakfast or 4 o'clock in the afternoon! Even in winter! I love the color of the massalé (massala) in a soup for example! Sometimes, I put only turmeric which is a beautiful orange color! turmeric is easy to digest ; It has digestive properties! I prefer organic food and organic spices, but if I can not find what I want or when the price is exorbitant, I move into traditional food production without warranty! Exemple : massalé (masala) is the most expensive condiments. In non-organic spices, it costs € 4.40 for 75g ! organic version, € 3 for 35g ! It's very expensive because I use them during a month but It is so good that I can't separate from. So let's share ingredients with you!
