Today, I'm changing talking about salads, I'm going to talk about Soups. I love Soups and I also like to add Massalé (masala in english) with fruits, vegetables, soups and everywhere I can ! I can change from curry or other spices. I sometimes and also eat Soups at breakfast or 4 o'clock in the afternoon! Even in summer! I love the color of the massalé (massala) in a soup for example! Sometimes, I put only turmeric which is a beautiful orange color! turmeric is easy to digest ; It has digestive properties! I prefer organic food and organic spices, but if I can not find what I want or when the price is exorbitant, I move into traditional food production without warranty! Exemple : massalé (masala) is the most expensive condiments. In non-organic spices, it costs € 4.40 for 75g ! organic version, € 3 for 35g ! It's very expensive because I use them during a month but It is so good that I can't separate from. So let's share ingredients with you!
Ingredients:
100g peas
1 broccoli
1 leeks
2 zucchinis/courgettes
1 onions
- cloves, juniper berry
- garlic
- Olive oil
- fresh cream
- Shoyu
- Massalé
Directions:
1 - Add 100g peas
2 - Cut broccoli in piece
3 - Cut leeks into thin slices
4 - Cut zucchini/courgette into thin slices
5 - Cut onions into thin slices
6 - Add cloves, juniper berry
7 - Add Olive Oil, or fresh cream
8 - Add Shoyu, Not add shoyu if you are adding fresh cream

Option : I prefer to add 2 zuchini/courgettes, I think it's better.
