Chai Tea
Main Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tea bags of black tea
Mixture:
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
Method:
- Combine water and milk in a pan. Add mixture and two tea bags to the liquid. Bring to a slow boil.
- Strain. Put in cups.
Makes 2 servings.
Note: You can experiment with the tea. I sually use only one tea bag due to health constraints. I have also used green tea, but it does not taste as good.
