Pizza Crust Recipes Bread Machine
The Mother of All Bread Machine Pizza Crust Recipes
I had recently bought a bread machine and have been intending to make bread machine pizza crust recipes that really work. No, I did not want a mediocre, so-so crust; I wanted a crust that would put commercial crusts to shame. That is primarily the reason why I bought a bread machine, even though my husband thought it was a frivolously unnecessary purchase. However, truly good pizza is a dying breed and I wanted to help fight against it. I fully intended to use my bread machine for my greatest causes.
My Personal Quest to Make Bread Machine Pizza Crust Recipes
I have always loved pizza. Sure, everyone loves pizza but I love pizza a bit more than the average person does. I not only loved to eat pizza, I liked to make it. I experimented on different flavors, pizza crusts, pizza toppings and other herbs and spices. Pizza was a very big part of my childhood as well as my adulthood. A lot of my best loved memories were pizza-induced.
For years, I have always believed that to be a full-fledged pizza aficionado, you have to make your own pizza down to the dough itself. Yep, I was very high maintenance with my pizza. I want it to be perfect, all the time.
Sure, buying a pizza crust or ready to bake pizza dough is really time-saving and all you have to do is to go to a grocery, but I love homemade. In fact, I am a firm believer of the goodness in homemade products that I had made a lot of my very own special pizza dough recipes aside from using a bread machine. I had also concocted a lot of exciting pizza recipes that feature amazingly delicious yet unique ingredients that you really should look into.
So, as I said, the bread machine is this amazing tool that has helped me make awesome authentic homemade and today, I will help all of you guys take advantage of your bread machine.
Tips in Making Use of Your Bread Machine to Ensure Top Quality Pizza
Tip #1
I know that your bread machine looks very foreign to you and you do not exactly know how exactly it works. The best thing is to really understand how it goes about in making your bread. Do not be afraid to peer inside and open your machine to see how it handles your flour.
Understand that unlike kneading dough with your hands, the bread machine takes the effort out of your bread making but you will not have any idea what the consistency is like if you do not inspect it in the way it works for you. Just a rule of thumb, do not poke on your dough while it is rising and do not move the top of the machine in the dough’ second rise or if it is in its baking cycle.
Tip #2:
Always maintain cleanliness in your work area, surroundings, and your bread machine. You do not want pathogens and bacteria to contaminate your bread. In addition, you do not want microorganisms growing while your yeast is rising.
Tip #3:
It is essential to watch your dough as it rises and bakes. Most often than not, the first time that you cook anything from your bread machine, let alone bread machine pizza crust recipes, the outcome is not going to be perfect. However, with observation of the different employment of styles, you can capture the perfect technique. In addition, it helps to have a reliable guide or recipe from reputable sources and guides.
Tip #4:
Try to achieve a fully cooked bread machine pizza crust recipe by ensuring that is not gummy inside. You can do this by making sure that it has risen successfully.
Tip #5:
You can double the amount of yeast, add 1/8 of a teaspoon of ascorbic acid, cut back on salt, and use the longest rising cycle of your bread machine to ensure better results.
Tip #6:
Envision the results that you want to achieve and use the appropriate flour. Take for instance, if you want to have a dense and heavy pizza bread, you can use whole-grain flour. If it is a high-rising bread or crust that you would want, you can use a bread flour or an all-purpose flour. You can also combine both if desired.
Tip #7:
If you have experience bread or crust that rises but then falls in the center as it bakes completely, try to adjust your recipe or formula. This means that you have too much liquid in your proportions.

- 2 ¼ teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup flat beer
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place the bear, the butter, the sugar, the salt, the flour and the yeast into the bread machine. Put in the ingredients in the preferred order that is indicated in the manufacturer’s manual or instructions. Select the "Dough" setting and then you can now press start.
- Once the cycle is complete, take out the dough from the bread machine. Then on a prepared pizza pan, press and roll the dough. Flatten it to form a circle.
