Well I got double Salvatore shirtlessness which is nice. Caroline kind of freaked out when she dreamed about her night with Damon. Well I guess that's enough to wig anyone out unless you happen to find vampires sexy. Wow he didn't kill her. I'm sure it's more fun to toy with her since it'll just drive Stefan crazy. I was wondering if she'd be wearing a scarf to cover up the bite marks. See it makes you wonder about people who wear scarves. Maybe it isn't always about being cold.Elena decides to go back to cheerleading but she's just not into it. I guess I can't blame her after all Stefan's playing football. Once again he made an ass out of that Asshat Tanner which is nice. Oops he knew about the war ending in 53 but of course Stefan had an unfair advantage of being alive at the time. Asshat is also the couch and after Tyler threw a football at Stefan that he caught Matt was impressed and it showed that the guy knew how to play. So now he's on the team and hey there's leg porn. Oh my those are very tiny legs aren't they? Were they really his legs? Maybe he's like Dean and doesn't do shorts so someone with tiny legs filled in during the leg shots. Damn my legs are bigger than his legs. Okay I'll leave alone his chicken legs. I guess Elena didn't notice.Elena decided to have Bonnie and Stefan over because she wanted Bonnie to get to know him better. She did get that flash of death off of him which isn't too surprising since he's a vampire. He does charm her though and she does end up liking him. I just adore Bonnie even if she won't be saying druids like she does in the book. Stefan did bring up druids though and mentioned that witches were cool so I'm thinking Bonnie is thinking maybe it doesn't suck to be a witch after all. The doorbell rang and in comes Caroline who decided to invite herself over along with Damon.Well that isn't good but eventually Damon does get invited in. Stefan tried to get him to leave but of course he wouldn't. So now Damon has an all access pass to the house which I guess isn't split into two sections like in the book because Elena's bedroom was off limits since it was in the old part of the house but that was when Elena had a little sister. Wow Damon actually did the dishes. Okay not really but he did put some of the dishes in the dishwasher and talked to Elena about Katherine. He mentioned her dying in a fire.Stefan wanted to protect Elena so he gave her a necklace with vervain in it which means Damon can't do the mind whammy on her as long as she's wearing it. Color Damon surprised when he tried to do it and she wasn't cooperating and instead slapped him. He did screw around with her dreams. She was dreaming about Stefan but he turned into Damon. Well there is heat between her and both of the brothers. But Stefan wanting to believe that there was a shred of humanity left in Damon found out that he doesn't because he killed Tanner. Is it wrong that I was looking forward to that? His little cheer was funny.I do love Matt in the book but haven't been liking him so far but I'll admit that I'm softening up towards him. He decided to stop being a jerk and I guess you really can't blame him since he does have feelings for Elena. Of course Tyler is just an asshole through and through so I doubt that I'll ever like Wolf Boy. And as for Vicki I just want to smack her because she totally enjoys screwing around with both guys although I think she does like Jeremy but she's embarrassed about the age difference but maybe she's over that.Bonnie kept seeing these numbers and Elena suggested they play the lottery but I don't think there were enough numbers. It turns out that the numbers tied in with the location of Tanner's death because she looked around and found all of the numbers. This would be the ultimate confirmation that she really is pyschic but I'm sure I'd be wigged out too. It's not like she knew what the numbers meant because they only made sense when she saw the numbers while she was looking around when Tanner's body was taken away.
