Okay I admit it I love this show. I stumbled across it a few weeks ago and got hooked. No I didn't get up at seven in the morning to watch. I recorded it instead. So the love affair continues since I really did enjoy this episode. Yes you heard me. I have to admit that I was with Pinkie Pie since the idea of raining chocolate does appeal to me. I'd be right out there with her drinking the chocolate and I'd have some cotton candy too. Damn now I want some cotton candy.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders were on a field trip with their class and as usual they were fighting. The teacher was telling them about the various statues which included Discord. That just makes me think of Discord from Xena and Hercules who was a chick while this one is a guy whose voice just might be familiar to Days and Star Trek fans. You could tell when the stone started cracking that badness was afoot.

Rainbow Dash was up in the sky dealing with weird weather. There were cotton candy clouds and hello it started raining. Applejack was cornhucking. Well it is applebucking so I thought corn would be cornhucking although I really have no clue. I did notice that she was alone again. So everything went all crazy with chocolate rain and the corn turning into popcorn. The apples got really huge and the animals came out to get their grub on which caused them to grow. Yeah it was pretty freaky seeing the little critters which included Angel getting weird stilty looking legs.

While all the craziness was going on Pinkie Pie was enjoying it although the others were more concenred. Rarity showed up and soon after Twilight and Spike showed up. She had a spell that she thought would work but it didn't. Shortly after that Spike pops out a letter from the Princess so they hoof it over to the palace. She tells them about turning Discord to stone with her sister but somehow he managed to escape. I thinking cutting him up like they did with the Judge on Buffy might have been a better idea although he did end up getting reassembled.

Discord showed up and Rarity cracked me up when she called him tacky. Okay I can't think of the quote but damn it I was amused. He challenged them to find the elements of harmony and gave them a riddle which led them to the maze. When they arrived he took away the horns and wings and separated them. So they had to work their way through the maze and just like Luna did he ended up hypnotizing them so they'd do the opposite of what they wanted to do. He got Applejack to lie which was funny. Loved what she did whenever she lied about something.

I did notice that he didn't do anything to Twilight She found Applejack after Discord showed her that if they went through with this mission that they'd end up not being friends anymore. In Rarity's case she was wowed by a giant diamond that was really a boulder and Fluttershy got mean but it was adorable. Sorry but she's just so damn cute. Rainbow Dash thought the ponies up in the clouds needed her so she took her wings and left which broke the rules. So now it looks  bad for the ponies since Celestia can't do anything since these ponies have the power over the elements now. Um aren't they all inside them? Sounds like mind games to me and where is Luna?
