I am a Mom, a wife, a writer and a teacher. More, Im a mom to two young men, only a year apart, one adopted, one biological, both REALLY Mine! I am a wife who married young, luckily to the right man and so had our 28th anniversary this year. I write all the time and published 3 young adult fiction books, Duffy Barkley is Not a Dog, Duffy Barkley: Seek Well and Double Time on the Oregon Trail I paint and sketch and take non stop Photographs. I write long letters and lots of facebook and forum entries. I taught severely handicapped kids for 10 years and now have substituted for 13 years. I live in the Pacific Redwoods and love to hang out at the river, but I grew up by Yellowstone and my Dads family hails from Pittsburgh. I love to try creative things until I get OK and then try something new, so Im OK at a lot of painting, weaving, sculpting type things as well as passionate about writing and photography. Life is good to me but sometimes I have to force myself to remember that.
